My family hired Rebecca Alvarado to list and sell our family's home of 34 years. Mother was elderly and we had tragically lost our oldest Brother, necessitating we move Mom to assisted living.  It was an emotionally difficult time for Mom and we four surviving siblings.

She always answered our calls and emails in a timely manner, which was super-human, in my opinion, given what my family was going through...
We had concerns about easements...She had a title company rep demarcating lot lines the next day...
There were countless instances where she "held our hand" through the process, even bringing a hose over for the lawn because it had been stolen when the house was vacant....
We felt Rebecca diligently vetted prospective buyers and made it clear to all other companies, such as buyer agents, lenders, lawyers and title agencies that she was OUR advocate.  Her professionalism and  knowledge of the market and industry resulted in a smooth effortless final transaction for us.  Rebecca Alvarado is a "five star" Realtor!
